Our company was founded on the idea that we can improve our customer's quality of life by giving them the most precious gift of all: time!. No longer do you need to spend hours waiting for your laundry to be done, make calls to have your clothes picked up to be dry cleaned, or worse, take a drive to drop off clothes yourself!
With the simple click of the mouse or tap on your smartphone, you can have an extremely friendly driver arrive at your predetermined time and place to pick up your clothes, and have them delivered to your doorstep a few days later! Sound convenient? That's because it is!

Everything you need to know about placing an order with Blyz
Blyz is a catchy name that we came up with. It’s meaning is that we want to make doing laundry pure Blyz!
Simply go to our ‘Place an Order’ on our website, fill in the details on the order form and we do the rest. Within 3 days, your clothing will arrive fresh and clean at the place you specify. Please note that all orders are picked up and delivered between 6-8pm daily.
Accidents happen and if something is lost or damaged, we will work to reconcile the issue in a fair and timely manner. If it is determined that Blyz was at fault for a lost or damaged item, we will provide credit to be used for future Blyz orders, up to a maximum value of $250 or the current value of the item, whichever is less. If our cleaner is at fault for a lost or damaged item, Blyz will work with the customer to resolve the issue.
At this time, we are unable to clean special garments like leather, wedding dresses, and anything else not listed in our pricing list. We hope to do so in the future.
We are able to do special requests depending on the extent of such requests. Please note these special instructions or requests in the appropriate box when scheduling a pickup and be as detailed as possible. If we or our cleaner is not able to fulfill the request, we will be in contact to let you know and the item will be returned in its original state when the rest of the order is delivered.
For first time orders, all you need to do is provide your Blyz Angel with a valid credit card when your order is delivered for payment to be processed. For all subsequent orders, we can store your credit card on file so you simply need to sign off that the order was received. You will be emailed a receipt.
Pick up's and deliveries are scheduled in advance unless otherwise specified and must be signed for when received. We will never leave your items on your doorstep or anywhere else. Although it is not recommended to have us leave your clothing on your doorstep for risk including theft or damage, we understand that may be the most convenient option for some. In that case, if you wish to have us leave your clothing, please indicate so in the delivery date/time section. Please note you must have already have a credit card on file for us to leave your items in a specified location and once the Blyz Angel has marked the order delivered, Blyz is no longer liable or responsible for theft or damages to your items.
